Fiona Weeks

2016-2018 Cohort

Fiona received her Master of Science  in Public Health with a certificate in maternal and child health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She is skilled in quantitative and qualitative data analysis and has a passion for perinatal health with a special interest in health equity and health disparities, especially as these relate to the social determinants of health. For her Fellowship, Fiona served her hometown with the Milwaukee Health Department in the division of Family and Community Health and with the Institute for Child and Family Well-being. In these capacities, Fiona contributed to the dissemination of evidence-based practice for the promotion of family wellbeing in Wisconsin. The Wisconsin Population Health Service Fellowship is an initiative of the UW Population Health Institute’s Mobilizing Action Toward Community Health (MATCH) Group. The Fellowship program is funded by the Wisconsin Partnership Program at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health.
